This problem is common to others including myself, and also includes the SRX plugins as well. I also have an M1 mac studio. Roland, are definitely aware of the problem, but have had issues replicating on their side.
I you really need those sounds and you have access to it, then Zenology includes all those sounds, but that has its own problems with very long loading times if you have all the expansions installed.
