Go to "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Bitwig Studio\index\" and delete it´s content...
There is a file inside named: "1270E722F04F3515437E9B098520DFE9-bitwig-presets.index" (maybe a different number for others) which maybe already enough for you judging by the name...
