It worked!!!! Thank you so much!!! Problem was also the drivers...I was using WASAPI, which do not let you choose any audio input; I switched to ASIO instead and this new option became available. It seems that with my mic turning on phantom power is necessary too. Again, thank you so much!! Since we are already here, I noticed that I can only record Mono audio. How could I record stereo? Is essentail to have two microphones recording at the same time? Is there any trick that you can do as post-recording and that can give the illusion of stereo sound (I tried to duplicate, for example, the clip recorded, and I panned one to the left and the other to the right; that's better, but not miracoulous).You need to choose an input, I edited my last post. You can see I chose "Stereo in 2". Once you have an input selected you can record enable the track.
