I saw recently Rick Astley (!!) was touring doing whole sets of Smiths stuff ! Dunno how I feel about that but he did a decent job. Obvs a massive fan.

Beats listening to him do his own 80s hits.

Yup NME had the cds. Maybe Melody Maker also.
That’s how I know details of lots of UK bands but have never heard their music. Like Lush.

Lush is/was a fantastic band. Awesome songwriting and great guitar melodies. It's a shame it went downhill.just as they were about to reach a popularity level that would have led them to arenas.
