It works very well so far...
All the parts (and effects) sync very well together to create that crucial overall groove that so many tracks lack.
Vocal melody is strong and suitably restrained...not too many notes! Why do so many producers over-complicate their main melodies?
Is there any possibility of it all ''lifting'' even higher at some point? Not sure whether that's appropriate or not, but it was just one idea that cam to mind when listening.
Maybe when sections repeat there could be a little more variation? If there's no room for more layers, then pull it back even further earlier in the track?
Basic mix is going in the right direction...
1) Be wary (when you revisit) of over - producing it all!
2) Maybe a few too many sounds upfront at times? Bit more attention to detail in terms of Top to Bottom / left to Right / Back to Front of the mix should sort that out easily.
