you did? I thought it wasn't released yet? It's possible to download the demo for reMIDI 4 so I did that, and if I like it I will just upgrade. If not, I might email. They have been responsive in the past.
anyway, even comparing it to reMIDI 4, the new version seems to address quite a few things that bothered me in terms of UX:
- UI look and feel in general / themes
- Slice to Pads / Scale to Pads allow for a much quicker workflow
- Split Notes At Playhead / Join Notes
- Double click to delete a note
- Adjust the time signature for the sequence in the sequence tool should allow to work with polyrhythms
- the utility tool (and other tools) has now an apply button so I guess changes are non destructive (ok "undo" was there already anyway) until you click apply
- "Project Scale" also seems a new feature (?)
looking forward to trying it!
