There were multiple people at ArtsAcoustic that I had dealt with via email and they were all such lovely and talented people. As much as I dislike the way they dissappeared without a word, leaving everyone somewhat stranded and without any clue what was going on, I would absolutely pay for an update to their plugins that fix all bugs and bring VST3 support. The reverb is still rock solid, but the others are very buggy (especially the CL series). However, they all sounded incredible, even against the current available plugins today.
I definitely at least recall dealing with two really nice guys, Alexander and Oliver.
