No, we are using only FastSpring at the moment because LemonSqueezy is not integrated yet (we have just made a few manual links for those that were rejected).Do you offer both payment services on your website?I suppose they don't like some customers (email, location, IP...) - they risk rules rejecting the order rather than risking a chargeback.
We are also integrating with LemonSqueezy at the moment. Most of those customers can order via LemonSqueezy without a problem when directed there.
When integration is finished, we will try with LemonSqueezy for some time to see how it goes.
LemonSqueezy is based on Stripe and it was recently acquired by Stripe, so there is hope that it will improve and maybe offer more flexibility, similar to Stripe.
Update: Our support calls to FastSpring were finally answered and solved.
