Stelvio Massi's 'Five Women for the Killer' (1974) a kind of messy giallo with a slightly different ending.

I've only seen a couple of his other films, one a poliziottesco and the other a Spaghetti Western (and before becoming a director he was the camera man on A Fistful Of Dollars), but in general this is probably only recommended for anyone really into Italian genre films of the 60s and 70s.

The Giorgio Gaslini score was interesting in parts but not his best. Incidentally, this was the year before he had a bit of a falling out with Dario Argento over his soundtrack for Deep Red, which ended up being completed by Goblin.

And, by the way, Gaslini is the only Italian film and tv composer that I can think of who also had a fairly successful career as a Jazz artist, both in Italy and the U.S.
