thanks guys, as i said i will open a new ticket maybe, maybe they got also too many requests since BF sale so let's see.
hi guys,
how is your experience? i had opened three times a ticket within 2 years or so, only one time they replied about 2 weeks later).
and another one they never replied, now i got around over a week another ticket open and no reply again.
whats your experience?

It's odd how often you have bad experiences with support at various developers that other people don't and then run to KVR to publicly go after them.
yeah list them please.
With arturia i have no bad experience just no reply. and my mails to them were very polite and just asking about a sound pack i couldnt install, a question about compatibility of a plugin (and nice reply gotten back) and the latest question if/and which licenses i may sell without affectin crossgrades.

IKM still suck and i proofed it.
Spectrasonics corrected the wrong assumptions and helped out and i then I updated my topic and the support got superb and are still superb and also admitted the changes between versions which you sadly dont read about on the homepage and if you dont use Omnisphere since 10 years you might not notice (i will update my FAQ later).
i had 1 issue with Cableguys and the replies were just "i dont care" like, i dont care either for them but i like their products still.
Tone2, always superb, they even corrected their old installers (thank me later :P @community) after i found heavy issues many years ago.
NI, sucks with blocking you from activating your legal purchased products, the support for other issues is ok so far, never helped out and always said (twice) will be fixed in a later patch which afaik never happened.

these are the ones out of my head, update me if i forgot some. i hate false statements.

all other companies like TAL etc. always are/were helpful, respectful and helped with issues, if someone is nice to me im also nice, if someone tries to bullshit me im gonna state that and make public (overall statement). also some companies/devs made mistakes and corrected them, this gets respect.

overall, you read mostly complaints on the net cause if something works then it works.
